Philip Ilson co-founded the The Halloween Society in London in 1994 to showcase short films, which several steps down the line, led to the formation of the London Short Film Festival, of which he is now co-director. He has a long history of programming film festivals and live events, and in the interview, talks about his experiences, and his philosophy as a programmer.
